I would personally like to attach this letter with the postcard to show my appreciation, and say thank you to Ed and his staff at West Loop Auto - for making what happened a little bit easier - they went out of their way by sending a "very nice man" named Charlie to have my daughters car towed to their shop for service - and Ed went the extra mile to come to my home to have the papers signed.

They kept us very informed as to the work being done on the car, and promised my daughter when the work was completed, it would look exactly like it did when she first bought it.

THE CAR LOOKS GREAT! You would never know it was in an accident - they treated my daughters car as if it were their own - and we thank you for that, along with your wonderful customer service.

I would highly recommend West Loop to anyone...They made a great "first impression" with us.
